Liability Waiver and Media Consent Form

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Major League Hunts LLC and Cavarra Guide Services LLC and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliated entities from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of my participation in any guided hunting activity offered by the aforementioned company.

I understand that hunting comes with inherent risks, including but not limited to, injury, illness, or death from environmental factors, equipment malfunctions, or other unpredictable events beyond the control of Major League Hunts LLC, Cavarra Guide Services LLC and its associates. I take full responsibility for my own safety and that of any minor children in my care during any hunting activity with Major League Hunts LLC and Cavarra Guide Services LLC.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that I have been provided with adequate safety advice and will follow all rules and regulations as outlined by Major League Hunts LLC and Cavarra Guide Services LLC. I agree to abide by the decisions and instructions provided by the guides and staff employed by Major League Hunts LLC and Cavarra Guide Services LLC during any hunting activity.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of this liability waiver, and I agree to be bound by its provisions. I fully waive any right to sue Major League Hunts LLC and Cavarra Guide Services LLC, its directors, employees, or contractors, and I assume all risks inherent in participating in hunting activities with them.

I understand and acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding and may be enforced against me, my heirs, and my legal representatives. I also acknowledge that this liability waiver is the entire agreement between Major League Hunts LLC and Cavarra Guide Services LLC and myself and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, written or verbal.

Media Consent:

I also hereby grant permission to Major League Hunts LLC and Cavarra Guide Services LLC to use photographs, video recordings, and any other form of media that may include me during any guided hunt. I understand that this media may be used for promotional materials, social media, or any other purpose related to the company’s business.

I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I have not received any payment or compensation for my participation in this guided hunt. I understand that any media captured during the guided hunt is the sole property of Major League Hunts LLC and Cavarra Guide Services LLC and that it may be used by them in perpetuity.

I have read and understand this media consent form, and I have had the opportunity to ask any questions related to my participation in the guided hunt. I am over 18 years of age.
