1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a hunt with Major League Hunts LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“the Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the Client and Major League Hunts LLC.

2. Booking and Payment

• A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your hunt reservation.
• All payments must be made in U.S. dollars and through approved payment methods.
• Bookings are not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed in writing.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Major League Hunts LLC are non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions, changes in travel plans, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled hunt, you may request to transfer your booking to another person, subject to our approval and available dates.

4. Rehunt Policy (Unsuccessful Hunts)

Major League Hunts LLC strives to provide every client with a high-quality, fair-chase hunting experience.
If a guided hunt results in fewer than three (3) reasonable shooting opportunities (as determined by the guide or outfitter in good faith), the Client will be eligible for a rehunt at no additional charge.

Rehunt Policy Details:

• Rehunts must be scheduled within 12 months of the original hunt date.
• Rehunts are subject to guide and land availability.
• Rehunts do not include lodging, meals, travel, or license costs unless otherwise stated.
• The determination of what constitutes a “reasonable shooting opportunity” is at the sole discretion of Major League Hunts LLC guides and staff.
• Rehunts cannot be exchanged for refunds or cash value.

5. Client Responsibility

• Obtaining all required hunting licenses, tags, and permits prior to the hunt.
• Complying with all state and federal hunting regulations.
• Maintaining safe firearm handling and following all guide instructions.
• Providing accurate information during booking and check-in.

Failure to comply with any laws or guide instructions may result in immediate termination of the hunt without refund or eligibility for a rehunt.

6. Liability Waiver

By booking a hunt, the Client acknowledges that hunting involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or death.
The Client agrees to release and hold harmless Major League Hunts LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in any hunt or related activities.

7. Weather and Force Majeure

Hunts may be delayed or modified due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, hunts may be rescheduled at the Company’s discretion but will not be refunded.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State in which the hunt is conducted.

9. Acceptance

By submitting payment or signing a booking form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
